Zumba for Teens

Learn why Zumba is a popular exercise program for all ages! A professional instructor from Art in Motion fitness will guide us through this high energy exercise that includes dance moves of many forms. No dance experience necessary and no registration required. For teens entering grades 7 – 12.

Enjoy a different movie every Thursday at 1:00, followed by the weekly prize drawing. Popcorn and drinks provided courtesy of Friends of Fredricksen. No registration required. For teens entering grades 7 – 12.
Safe Sitter Workshop
2-part workshop, Friday July 29 & Saturday July 21 from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm
Ages 11-13. To register call 763-2427. There is a $30 fee which will include a manual, a messenger bag, and additional supplies. Bring a bag lunch.
