Remember, you can get help with the Challenges, so go ahead and work together with friends, or try to stump your parents at dinner.

Alright! Alright! I'll give you the answer, but I'm not going to walk you through the details. You'll need to get out a handful of change and work that out yourself. The correct answer is $1.19

if you have $1.19 obviously you would have change for $1, because $1.19 is greater than $1. Can you please explain this???

I'm still not going to walk you through the details, but I'll tell you this much: If you had 3 quarters and 3 dimes, you would have more than a dollar, but still wouldn't have exact change for a dollar. Does that help? Lay some change out on a table and play with it.
